High Functional Plastic Pellet

Produce highly functional pellets such as electrical conduction, electromagnetic absorption, and radiation shielding.

Electrically conductive pellets

Application: Automotive Parts / Water Industry Electrolytic Electrodes / Electrodes for heathcare

  • Applied to electrolysis electrodes, medical human contactelectrodes, etc. after compounding of pellet which hasa resistivity value of 0.2 ohm.cm or less
  • Replaces existing metal parts to lighten automotiveparts. Normal plastic can be lightweight but not EMIshielding. High shielding rate of over 62dB (ASTM D4935 method)at 1 GHz when applying conductive plastic

Electromagnetic absorption pellets

Application : sensors, antennas, shielded chambers, etc

  • Existing ferrite absorber can be replaced
  • Lightweight, highly rigid, indoor and outdoor applications
